Please note that there is no parking available for jet skis or boats. ESA pets incur a pet fee of $80 and service animals are free. Bahia Beach is a quiet bayside retreat with restaurants, a marina, and coastal charm. You can walk to the beach, pools, and dining, but a car is recommended for exploring Tampa, St. Pete, or nearby beaches. A digital rental agreement and ID verification photo are required before check-in. Check-in time is 4 PM EST and checkout time is 11 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the rental, and a $250 penalty applies if cleaners determine smoking has taken place. In case of a lockout, a $125 fee applies for re-entry assistance, or $200 if outside regular business hours. Weapons are not allowed without prior written approval, and a violation will result in immediate removal and a $250 penalty. Weekday daytime noise is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations, and we do not issue refunds for such disturbances. Guests must log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services on the smart TV, and unauthorized subscriptions will incur a $25 service fee. A $20 resort fee acts as a damage waiver covering up to $500 in damages during your stay, excluding linens, towels, and small decorative items. Guests may be liable for damages beyond $500 or those not covered by the waiver. Items left behind will incur a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs for their return. |

Beach towels, chairs, and a cooler are provided so you can pack light. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Pets are not allowed, but ESA pets incur a pet fee of $80. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. The patio light is managed by the building and stays on 24/7 and cannot be switched off from inside the unit. The booking guest must be at least 18 years of age to check-in and security will request an ID upon arrival. Check-in time is 4 PM EST and checkout times are 11 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). For early check-in and late checkout requests, the fee is $20/hour when approved in advance and paid before check-in/checkout.
