Located in a quiet, safe residential area, this apartment is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and Treasure Island Beach. If you intend to have a guest come by, they're only allowed at the property outside of quiet hours (i.e. 8 am - 10 pm) and you must notify us in advance and receive written permission. Any parties will result in the immediate cancellation of the remainder of your stay with no refund and a penalty of up to $500 determined at our sole discretion. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the property, including vaping. Feel at home in this fully renovated apartment that's less than a 9-minute walk to the beach. This beautiful 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment has been renovated with vinyl throughout and features sea-inspired decor, three electric fireplaces, and a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The apartment includes 2 queen beds, linens and towels, a comfy living room sofa, a ROKU TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and all the cooking supplies necessary. Enjoy the waterview from the living room. You are welcome to park your boat for a fee of $150 plus $50 per night, with written permission. Boat parking fees may vary, so please inquire for exact rates. This is a quiet, residential neighborhood. You can walk 5-10 minutes for restaurants, bars, cafes, and the beach.
