The ABSOLUTE BEST move in experience I have EVER had! From beginning to end Ryan made sure that I got everything I wanted. He followed up with me and made sure I stayed as informed as he was. He reached out before my move in date to provide information on the utilities and other documents that would be needed on the move in day. He made sure it was seamless! Tom and Marcos are REMARKABLE! They work tirelessly to make sure the residents are not only comfortable but also make us real like we're in a home that has been ours for years. The professionalism and kindness they exhibit is unmatched! I am so GRATEFUL for these wonderful Gentlemen!!!!!!!

Happy Camper !! I moved into Redwood-T last Friday 12/29. The place was spotless. Being brand new, I expected to find a few items. I went to see Ryan on Saturday with a short punch-list. He immediately entered work orders for Marcos. None were an emergency. Marcos came first thing Tuesday morning (Monday was a holiday). By EOD, all but one issue was resolved. The one remaining issue was HVAC in nature and they had a technician here Wednesday morning. That last issue was fixed in 45 minutes. All I can say is the folks here work very hard to make sure each resident is happy with their home. Both Ryan and Marcos have been fantastic throughout and aim to please. Most importantly, they listen, understand and take action when necessary. This is a 180 improvement from the place I lived previously. So far, I couldn't be happier with picking Redwood.... Ray A.
