About Boone Creek Apartments
Boone Creek Apartments are located just beside the Boone Mall, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the Appalcart! These spacious 2bd/2ba units boast a split floor plan with a large living/dining area. The kitchen offers plenty of pantry, cabinet and counter space, along with full size appliances including a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Bathrooms have built in shelving for extra storage and, with not having to share a common bathroom, provide privacy for each tenant! A washer and dryer are included in each unit, along with two guest parking passes, so tenants can entertain friends and family in the center of Boone. Units rent for $1500 and are carpeted units and are jointly leased. The security deposit is typically the same as the rental amount with a $75 administrative fee per tenant. All utilities are the responsibility of the tenant, except for trash removal, as there is a dumpster onsite for trash disposal. Sorry, this property is not pet friendly.
