Wonderful place to call home. Been living here for the better part of 5 years, and can't say enough about the wonderful people who work here. Jenna always responds quickly and is very helpful with any inquiries I may have. The amenities are great, and being pet friendly is a huge plus! The apartment is updated and is very modern, just my taste. I highly recommend Whitney Apartments to anyone looking for a place to call home.

We been living here for past 2 years in 3000 building and It’s really a wonderful stay here at Whitney apartments claymont DE. We recently renewed for another year .Jenna and the team here is really doing fantastic work here . Great community in the Delaware area with calm Neighbours, enormous parking facilities ,Playing grounds and walking area . Management always picks the phone calls and hear our issues. Any issues reported to the management will be addressed within couple of days . So pretty much enjoying our stay here. Definitely recommend to others .
