I've been looking for apartments for months. I've toured several apartments and each of them have their little "Thing", but Bella Rosa caught my heart. From the moment I walked into the clubhouse area, I was welcomed by the staff. Charlie, Misty, and Rubi were all amazing, and made me feel like I was part of a family. The pool was clean, and full of people having fun. The grounds were kept in great order, and the apartments themselves were roomy and welcoming. The clubhouse always has fresh, cold, tasty water, and hot coffee as well as popcorn to greet me in the morning or afternoon. No matter when I walk into the office, the staff is always willing and ready to help me with any requests (not that I have many). Bella is definitely a place I am happy to call home.

With hiking trails just a short walk away, embracing the great outdoors is effortless. The nearby outlet mall, conveniently located across the freeway, becomes a festive gathering spot during the holidays, featuring a delightful Christmas tree lighting ceremony that beautifully ushers in the holiday season. In the summer, Bela Rosa is only a quick 15-minute drive from Lake Pleasant, providing an ideal escape to enjoy aquatic adventures and refreshing fun in the sun. Living here truly allows me to embrace my best life all year round! Beyond the vibrant community, I am continually impressed by the dedication of the office staff. Their hard work and commitment to maintaining the beauty of our property are evident daily. Whenever I submit a service request, it is addressed promptly, and if there’s a delay due to parts being ordered, they keep me informed. Each completed service request comes with a friendly smile, making me grateful to reside in a place where I feel safe and well cared for, with exemplary customer service to match.
