The community is in an excellent location: close to lots of great businesses, the local library, and easy access to 295. There's a playground, pool, tennis courts and multiple points for trash disposal and laundry centers. The front desk and maintenance team are communicative and friendly. All in all, Foreside Estates is a lovely neighborhood!

Beautiful apartments. Great, well maintained area. It's safe and maintenance responds to calls quickly. Pool and tennis courts in the summer are enjoyable! Nice to not worry about shoveling snow in the winter. I would recommend!

Firstly, the grounds are beautifully maintained which makes it enjoyable to take a walk around the property where everything looks is clean. This property is so well designed that no matter which apartment you live in, you get a lot of privacy. I live on the second floor and although my bedroom faces the parking lot side, all I see are trees from my bedroom windows. The sliding glass door and the window in my living room also give me a view of trees and it is pretty much like this for most apartments. Secondly, being an elder tenant I appreciate living in a community with tenants of all ages. Children, grandchildren and dogs are fun to observe. The Tenants I have come across have all been helpful, respectful and happy which says a lot about their satisfaction with living at Foreside Estates. Although small, the playground is a much welcomed attraction for my occasional small visitors. Before I moved here I thought “Oh boy, I am really going to take advantage of that swimming pool” but the air conditioner keeps my apartment so cool and comfortable that I only used the pool twice this year. My apartment is well insulated so there are no cold drafts in the winter. The walls are a bit thin as I can hear my neighbor snore at night sometimes, but in this situation I turn on a small fan that overrides snoring noises, not a big deal really. I live in a one bedroom apartment upstairs which offers the perfect amount of room for my bedroom and computer furniture as well as plenty of walk around room, plus it has a huge closet. I have a huge storage room off the hallway which would easily fit two bicycles plus more stuff. My living room is also perfectly spacious. The galley kitchen maximizes space and is just fine when I am the only one using it, but it gets a little crowded when there is more than one person using it such a baking with a friend. The only Senior Leasing Agent I have transacted with so far is Julia Vattaso. The best adjectives I can use to describe her is diligent, knowledgeable and an all-around competent professional. From my experience, Maintenance is equally respectful. Work requests are usually handled within a few days if not right away. The maintenance person I have mostly had contact with is Nick who is friendly as well as knowledgeable and competent. When something needs fixing, I hope he will be the one showing up because I trust him. I don’t have to shovel snow in the Winter or mow grass in the Summer or rake leaves in the Fall which makes my life sooo easy. The only changes I wish for would be a bigger kitchen. Also the deck off the living room is not very wide and is meant to be used as a fire escape. Jus a big white board instead of slats goes the deck so that when you look out from your living room door, all you see is a big white board and tree tops above that. Sure would be nice to have a deck meant to be a deck. I have lived at Foreside Estates for almost two years now and have no plans to move anytime soon.
