How would you like to live in the HEART of Charlestown, Indiana? Renaissance Park is conveniently located close to highway 62 and I-265. Our luxurious two bedroom, two bathroom apartments feature vinyl wood plank flooring, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and ceilings with exposed duct work to give the unit an urban, modern feel. They have a very open floor plan, with beautiful large windows in the living room and bedrooms. The combined gross income for all tenants living in the unit must be equal to at least (3) times the monthly rental amount. We run a criminal background check, a credit history report, and a rental reference if applicable. The shortest lease we offer is a 6 month lease- please ask about the details!
