I have enjoyed living at Legacy Village. The location is within a few minutes of shopping and campus, which is a plus. It is a little pricier as far as college housing goes, but you definitely get what you pay for! I would say that the maintenance is top notch. I’ve never had an issue with them responding to issues in a timely manner. The apartments have a cleanly feel to them they are not over the top modern, but they do have an updated feel. I love having a laundry room in the unit as well! The apartment complex has the space to walk your dogs as well as an enclosed area where you can let them stretch their legs! The clubhouse is very modern and clean, a great area to host get togethers. Management hosts events of their own for tenants periodically, and they also send newsletters out each month to notify of community events. The only negative I would say is parking. For overnight parking, there is limited guest space. This is only an issue during the winter months when street parking isn’t available. Other than that, my experience at Legacy has been nothing but wonderful!

I moved into Legacy Apartments a year ago, and the move-in process was incredibly smooth. The maintenance team is professional and provides the best service I’ve ever experienced. I must say this is the best apartment I’ve lived in. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!
