My husband and I have lived here for 2 years and we have loved it! We have had very minimal issues, and the few issues that did come up (like a broken garbage disposal) the apartment maintenance team fixed right away. Management has also been super easy to work with and they take good care of the grounds, snow removal, and the facilities like the pool and spa. We originally did have some issues with the internet being spotty, but they have since done a big overhaul a few months ago and we haven't had issues with it since. Long story short, Maple Valley is an excellent place to live.

I've lived at Maple Valley for about 8 months now, and it's been wonderful! The leasing office is super responsive, friendly, and professional. I've rarely needed maintenance, but when I have, the maintenance crew has been very quick to fix it, and they're always very respectful of my living space. The amenities (pool, gym, etc) are great and well-maintained. It's always clean and nice. Love it here!
