To meg s. Replying to her comment about the landscaping. I am the company that mows it. We were told by the owner do not worry about the beds we are ripping everything out. And replacing. I wanted to spray but you can not spray while planting new plants. So before you use the landscaping as a complaint you should have stopped us and asked or asked management. Before you talk badly about a company. Also i posted another photo exactly like yours. But as you can see he ripped everything out.
