The people who own these properties now took most of them over from previous owners and have put a ton of work, money, upgrades, and care into all of their sites. I think some of the low reviews are unfair and based on previous management, because our experience with Troy has been awesome. He works very hard to make sure everything is as good as it can be.

The neighborhood is wonderful. It’s peaceful and located in a good area. The staff at the Davis property group made it an an easy transition for me. The place was clean and refreshing prior to move in. Great experience and love living here.
