Murry Management practices, especially the management staff, are appalling. During a remodel/renovation of units, they forced people to move, only to charge them an additional fee ($300) for short-term rental of another unit in Williamson Square or one of their other properties. None of the remodeled/renovated units are ADA-compliant, and Murry refused to meet the requested needs of seniors living in the complex. They also make people sign agreements to move into remodeled units without providing the lease amount in the agreement. They make false accusations regarding tenant maintenance requests and do not provide any means of quality customer service and experience.
