I moved in when the apartments were brand new, like the second month of them being open. Overall, the apartments are gorgeous! Spanking new appliances in the units and it feels like a little taste of luxury in Coraville. The only reason I am not giving this place 5 stars is due to some Of the issues with keeping the property clean. Due to the full capaciry of the building , we accumulate alot of trash and it often overflows the dumpsters. The amount of dumpsters needs to be increased or the amount of times that the dumpsters are emptied needs to be more than once a week, for the amount of people in the building. Management is supposed to be working on this. Management does not work on site so I think that is why some of this issues get slightly overlooked. Also the lobby is not complete but I think its supposed to be completed soon. Other than that, it is a nice place to live and I will be renewing my lease here.
