Please note that we are unable to consider applicants whose household income is not at least 2.75x the monthly rent. Our security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. Pet Policy: We allow up to two pets, defined as cats, dogs, and birds, per household. Pet rent is $50 per month per pet. Parking: Parking is available on the street only.
