Great people here, the process was smooth, but it could have been smoother. We did a tour before deciding on the Manor, however during the tour it felt a bit unprepared. Management are doing renovations to several units, we unfortunately didn't get the layout we wanted, but the one we got is still very good. Communication between us and management was okay, definitely suspected that there were things happening behind the scenes with management, as the person who we had initial contact with was Jason, however it seems like there is new management here now. Overall, experience was great, no major issues at all!

Jason Case is awesome and caring, just when we were giving up on finding a place, he got us in and it just shows his compassion for people that has had rough times and every tenant is not a bad tenant.
