The manager is energetic lol. This place is a lot cleaner than it used to be. It looks like they redid the whole place. Rent is inexpensive and it's pretty close to all the stuff in Orange.

Best place to stay! The new manager has been doing top notch work. There has been massive upgrades and I can now walk my dog without fearing being mugged by a hobo. Valerie has cleaned up! She makes me feel lucky to live at sussex and you can't beat the prices!
