went to view an apartment they had a posting up for that had washer and dryer hookups and after we drove all the way there they said they didn't have any available with hookups for the washer or dryer. but the guy that gave us the your was nice so he earned them the second star...

800 or less goverment places. No amenities. Landlords smoking crack asking for anything more than 800. Bugs, old windows. Outdated. Quality of the individuals living there is very low. A few of the buildings are owned by landlords who think they are sitting on a goldmine and trying to charge 1200 plus. 🤣 don't be stupid. You can get multiple other places in that price range that are clean new. And have pools work out rooms et cetera..
