One of the best apartment complexes I've ever rented from. The quality of care is amazing, the ladies in the office and maintenance are so attentive and helpful. They always have items for pets, coloring books for kids, snacks, ect. It feels homey and welcoming always! The apartment is newly renovated and overall is great for me and my little family.

Love it here at Metro Apartments at Wood River! The location of these apartments is wonderful. With there being a grocery store right down the road, several restaurants right down the road, and being in the middle of town so it’s never too far to get to wherever you might need to go. The office staff is very kind and always there to answer your questions and help you out. They are keeping the buildings updated with safety and functionality features which is a huge plus to living here!
