We have been living here for almost a year now, and we have been extremely happy with our stay so far. Kasie the apartment manager has been very helpful and kind. If any maintenance issues someone is always here within 24 hrs. Highly recommend.

Kasie at Cortez Plaza has been nothing but friendly and helpful and has made my stay there pleasant. Neighbors are quiet and respectful, the location is really good and having my maintenance requests fulfilled was super quick response time. 😊
