I absolutely ADORE Orchard Apartments! Diane is the most AMAZING Property Manager you could ask for. She is always there in any time of need, along with maintenance! They handle everything quick and efficiently. Its always a plus that they are the nicest people, always asking how our unit is and making sure we are happy! 10/10 would recommend to anyone! :)

My experience at Orchard Apartments had being amazing through out the years, I have lived here, specially with the Property Manager Dianne Lizzio. She's such a great person, very professional in all aspects and always willing to help. Maintenance is always a plus. Very happy Tenant.
