My wife and I just recently moved into our new apartment almost a full month ago. We had a feeling from the time that we toured the place in August/September that we were going to love this place, and we were right. The ladies in the office—Debby and Katie—are so kind and sweet, and the maintenance team is absolutely outstanding (shout-out to Ed and Rocky who we've had the pleasure of meeting so far). Everyone is so incredibly kind and helpful; it's as if everyone that works here treats the complex as if it were their own home. It's so peaceful and quiet here, and we can't thank everyone enough for how wonderful this move-in experience has been. The only thing we regret is that we hadn't found this place sooner!

You won’t feel how precious it is to have such wonderful tenants and live in a safe area until you move out. The tenants are amazing, responsive, helpful, always there! Maintenance is amazing and very responsive, very helpful, quick, and efficient. On the day I moved they helped me a lot and the maintenance even gave me their personal lashing straps and refused me to pay for it. Apartment is clean from day one, appliances are new and if you do not like it they can replace it, good quality, carpets were new, cabinets were of good quality and sturdy. The area is safe, I cannot stress that enough, I can have my package delivered to the door step from outside and pick it up in two days no problem. To get to your apartment you have to go in through an outer door then reach your apartment door which gives you a sense of security. The community is great, people are wonderful and nice, many of them are doctors and professors at Marshall University. I was happy at this apartment and I am sad that I had to leave after 3 wonderful years.
