This is a great place, beautiful, clean, quite and very convenient. You are a minute away from Albertson five minutes from AE Wright middle school and 15 minutes from Pepperdine college and Malibu beach. Holly and Dana are amazing, they are very nice and helpful, not mentioning Gilberto who can fix anything you need right when you place a maintenance order. We are so happy here.

Holly and the management team have been great. The team is quick to respond to any issues and they are very transparent with communication. The facilities and amenities are great and well taken care of, and the townhomes are nicely updated. Overall we've been very happy here.
