Love living here. I have to say out of all the managers that I have dealt with in the past, Kelsey has been amazing. She is very kind, understanding and very attuned with the needs of the tenants that she works with to help them in the best way that she can, in whatever situation they are in to find a solution. Kelsey is not only an amazing manager, but an amazing human being. Thank you for everything you have done for us.

I've lived at Eagle Ridge since November of 2022 and have never had any issues until last month; one of the brackets broke on my kitchen drawers. I put in a maintenance request and Pauly with maintenance was very responsive and got me fixed up in 5 min!!
