The move was really smooth, we were running a little bit behind, but they didn’t mind. We filled out the application online, payed the application fee, they pull the listing first thing Monday morning, called me before pulling out the $200, then within 4 hours, the lease was ready to be signed, and the final payment to be paid. Was so easy to sign the lease and make the payments, all done right on their website with the account I created. They didn’t just take my money and run like a lot of other places. They also had a special for moving in before the 30th, so we saved about $1350, with that was able to get the loft bed we wanted! Great place, the apartment itself was very clean, all the appliances up to date, I was quite impressed.
