Nice neighbors, peaceful, and affordable apartments. Got new owners that have spent a lot of time updating and making it nice in the last few years, I especially like the new floors. The maintenance guy they have is on top of his game. Great bang for the buck. Highly recommended if you're lucky enough to catch them with an open unit.
