First time luxury apartment living, and it really feels luxury! Just got my deposit back, so all around very good experience. The neighborhood is mostly office parks and one bank, so it feels very safe. Every building is automatically locked after hours too. Gotta use your key tag to get in, like in college, which I actually like! Made me feel safer. I did not see a single cockroach or any other crawling bug inside the building, and I was on one of the ground floors! Very impressive :) Ceilings are tall, about 10 feet, if you care about that. Definitely feels premium! Once downside though, normal shower curtains weren't long enough to reach the tub from the pre-installed curtain rod, so I just tied some string to my shower hooks to make them longer. The rooms come with a digital keypad lock that you can either use the 6 digit pin or unlock with your phone, cool stuff! They do events occasionally to have residents meet each other, like free dinner or lunch in the lounge area. Cool idea but I was there during COVID, so no one really went. I only stayed during the winter/spring so I didn't use the swimming pool, but they do have one. They have a billards table too, and some pet friendly areas, and a gym and extra storage area, didn't use any of that 😜 but the equipment looked pretty new. The main building is very pet friendly since that's where the pet playground is and the pet washing stations. You will hear the occasional dog bark every once in a while, but that's unavoidable in apartment living. Some issues can't be avoided with apartment living, like neighbor sounds and even smells getting into your room, but complaining to the front desk did have them sending a sternly worded email to the neighbors. They also have an on call security officer if needed, but it never got that bad for me. Rent/utilities costs feel like a lot, but when you compare to other nearby apartments, it's really not that bad. In the end, they are an apartment company and do want your money just like any other apartment, so I don't fault them for that. I haven't had any bad experience out of the ordinary during my time here. Maintenance is pretty responsive and the front desk is willing to help if you have any issues. All in all, very good experience! 5-stars 👍

Rod in maintenance was super helpful with getting our dryer fixed in the unit in a very timely manner. He was also great at explaining what the issue was along the way! Thank you!
