I have lived here for 1 year and have had a great experience! The apartments are a max 10 minute walk to the health science campus making it super convenient for me as a graduate student. It's also nice that the community is quiet without many undergraduates. The apartments are VERY spacious with plenty of storage which is also awesome. The few maintenance issues I have had were solved without a problem within 24 hours and there is a list you can be added to for no charge for the Orkin guy who comes every single Friday to spray for bugs. Love it here!
