The staff, maintenance and the property manager is amazing great location and lovely views.. Plus there is plenty of parking and the neighbors are friendly as well.. Very nice place to live also they allow people to have there animals.. they are very clean and friendly. All the staff welcome you and say their hellos as they pass. They are great about timely maintenance request and that's a big plus. Living here is life changing for me and my family. We love the aviary so much me and my mother both live here A Yvonne Napier tell these amazing people why living at the aviary is so amazing.. the property manager Hope is amazing and she goes out of her way to help individuals trying to get an apartment in these trying times!!

I love living here at the Aviary Apartments. It's a great place to live, and a nice neighborhood. Miami University is right around the corner. Houston Woods Lake is not far! Overall great place to live. The maintenance people are amazing. And their office staff is super sweet.

The staff was very friendly. I spoke with Hope and she made the move-in process easy and efficient. The apartment is spacious and it was clean upon moving in. I look forward to my new place.

I love living at the AV area apartments! They allow animals. So I can have my dogs, and the staff is so friendly. The maintenance men are nice and friendly as well if you have any requests. And the lady at the office, Hope is amazing!!

The first thing that attracted me to Indian Trace was the setting which offers lots of green space & trees. But what SOLD me on Indian Trace was the CUSTOMER SERVICE that began with my first inquiry. It was this "first impression" that played a major role in my decision to sign a lease with Indian Trace. I was delighted to find that "after the sale" the outstanding customer service continued. On the few occasions that I have had maintenance issues, my calls or emails have been responded to quickly...usually within the hour & always within the same day. My town home has a spacious & well-appointed layout. The grounds, buildings & units are attractive & well-maintained. Standard maintenance service requiring entry to the units is always communicated in advance & safety inspections occur like clockwork. My experience at Indian Trace went beyond what I thought might be a "tolerable" situation & exceeded my expectations in all ways. I have enjoyed calling Indian Trace "home."
