I expected to hear back in a few days when the request could be done. Instead I got a call not long after I submitted the request asking if okay if they came down and completed the request now. I hae never lived in an apartment before and had heard stories of taking months to get things done. I have been pleasantly surprised how on top of things the management is and how quickly things are completed. When we had rains a few months ago I noticed water level outside increasing- was keeping an eye on it and then the team here was out in the pouring rain digging trenches and keeping drains clear. I have loved living here. Everyone has been so nice. Thank you so much
