About to renew my 4th year. DeShawn "the maintenance guy" does everything around here from maintenence to opening up the pools, and now is a painter .My only complaint is how expensive it is to rent a washer. When my washer broke I had to get someone else to fix it and took forever It would be nice if we could get updated appliances soon but I know everyone is doing their best to work on that !

I rate this place 1000 . The lady I spoke to today was awesome she called me and clarified a confusion and set everything straight. This complex cares to help families. I am grateful for this apartment. Times are definitely hard but you can count on Whispering Pines to help you out .Keep your head up prayers work.
