My husband and I moved to Rock Springs from TX. We did not have the chance to visit Rock Springs or The Preserve before signing a lease. The staff communicated with us every step of the way—Pierce was very accommodating, sending photos and measurements, and assisting with utility and Wi-Fi provider information to ensure I would be all set to work remotely. We have enjoyed our time here. Noise from neighbors is to be expected, but Kate sends out regular reminders asking residents to be mindful of slamming doors and stomping stairs. Property is well maintained, and staff was attentive to parking lots and side walks during winter weather. We have good storage space/closets in the apartment, and also rent the garage space. It’s been a great experience and we have enjoyed our time here.

We have been renting here for better than 6 months. The apartments are very clean and we made the transition very quickly. Very nice professional setting for myself , my wife, and my newborn son . Very safe and child friendly. The office staff is always attentive to our requests and issues that might arise. The grounds are clean and matained. The pool and workout room is very handy, especially in the high desert heat or wind. Plus, the residents are quiet. With minimal sound from others. This upscale apartment complex is perfect for young or older professionals . Thank you for making us feel at home.
