I have lived at Ashton Meadows for over a year now and I love it. I rented previously in Columbus but living in Ashton meadows has by far been the best experience. Overall, the community is quiet, clean and safe. My interactions with neighbors and overall office staff have all been positive. The staff and maintenance department have been very accommodating, proactive, and when situations arise they are quick to fix the problem. Additionally, I feel like they are very invested in the property and the individuals who live here. Honestly, I am shocked to see the negative reviews. It is like they are living in a completely different apartment complex. I never had ANY problems. Overall, I am so happy with my apartment and overall experience. I would recommend it to anyone.

When I was looking for my first apartment, they were a perfect fit. They’re affordable for anyone just starting out, they are a little dated but very nice, and the staff in the front office is always pleasant and wonderful! The apartments have some issues as any do, but the maintenance team is wonderful and sure to fix the problems. As long as you pay your rent and follow the rules, you won’t have any problems. They were very understanding of my situation starting out and very kind and considerate when getting me in. The only time I was ever late on rent, they were incredibly kind and understanding. I hope to live here until I can afford a house!
