Great staff, the service is top notch, I’ve put in three work orders since I moved in during August and they have each been completed same day. Rebecca at the front is always willing to answer any questions I’ve had and the men on the maintenance team are all extremely friendly and helpful. There is a pool available, a grill area, and a small playground for kids. It is currently cost effective as well.

I really like living at Pecan Grove. Professional, helpful staff. Their maintenance service is reliable, usually getting the non-emergency stuff done within a couple days (emergency stuff same day). So that saves me a lot of hassle and stress. The apartments are comfortable and in good condition. And the neighborhood feels quite safe to me.
