"Nicole is extremely friendly, and both Kadian and Sam are also very helpful. The location is convenient for my commute to work. There are a few things I need to have fixed, which is to be expected. Based on my experience, even a brand-new house might require some repairs.

I have lived here for about a year now and me my husband and our three children love it! First off, the maintenance requests have been a dream! They have always come the same or very next day after submitting a request and have always fixed the issue right there on the spot! Beautiful landscape and the lake is amazing. We don’t feel like we are under a bunch of strict rules allowing us to live in peace. Parking is never an issue. Of course prices are high everywhere so that’s the only downfall but it’s worth it to live here!
