Best place to live. We have moved ten times uptill now in Michigan as well as Santa Barbara and never loved any area like this. We really liked these appartments and all the efforts put by our office management to keep this area safe and secure for our kids. Christian (community manager) is very nice and friendly and always there for us. Good thing is they are very kids friendly and Goleta Emergency is nearby. Its a short walk from “Crushcakes” too.
