I wanted to comment on the addition of the new leasing agent Ishel. She is wonderful and a pleasure to work with. I love having the new face in the office, she is helpfull and very knowledgeable. Always kind and eager to help. Van Metre goes above and beyond with having wonderful staff. Keep up the great work Ishel. Hope to have her in the office more. I can't say enough wonderful things about this property. The location is great, school system is top of the line and the staff is excellent. Also professional and responsive along with a at home feel. You can not go wrong with this property. I have lived here many years and have been very happy to call it my home. The property manager Vanessa is amazing, she goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and solve any problems you may have. If you are looking for a new home look no more this is it.

I recently moved in to Middletown Valley apartments and have been very happy with my experience thus far despite the Covid restrictions. Stephanie and Vanessa have been extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and were very responsive on the phone and through emails. It is so nice living in a cute little town that is close enough to Frederick that it is convenient to many stores and restaurants. The neighbors are friendly, and it is really nice seeing kids outside playing and riding bikes.
