Welcome To Shakopee Flats Up to date with the standards of modern living, Shakopee Flats bridges the gap between nature and the city with a riverside location within walking distance from downtown. Since we can’t take credit for Mother Nature’s doing, we paired the incredible address with even more outstanding amenities. Witness the luxuries unfold in front of your eyes as you make your way through the studio, one and two-bedroom homes, but not before admiring the recreational spaces and the catalog of services included. Short-term leases are also available. And if you think your life deserves the calm and scenery we offer, give us a call and claim one of our Shakopee apartments!

Overall a great place to live. Safe, reliable, and great staff. Pros: - Super pretty units. - Central Air and Heat are affordable and keep the place cool/warm at all times - Huge kitchens. As someone who cooks a lot, the kitchen is fantastic. - Built in privacy blinds (we put up blackout curtains in our bedroom for the light) - Affordable utility costs. - Secured entry - Never lose packages or mail - In unit washer and dryer are fabulous - We basically live on our balcony. Love that most of the units have them. - very little neighbor noise! - Maintenance is handled quickly. - Walking/biking trail access is amazing. - Nice people! - Overall, we have loved living here and highly recommend it to anyone in the area. Cons: - Train is noisy, but you get used to it. - Units are pretty small for the price, but that’s what you get for the nice kitchens, in unit laundry, etc. - Gym is not included in price. Not the end of the world, just didn’t know at first. - Not a ton of storage space. We pay $35 for a storage closet for our Christmas tree and some other stuff. - Parking has been tough lately. When we first moved in, they were less than 50% capacity, so we got our choice of parking spots. Now there are times in the evening that there are none available in the main lot. Underground parking is $50 if you start in the summer and $75 if you start in the winter. Great place to live. I have lived here since May and I have never had a bad interaction with staff. Staff are welcoming, understanding, reliable to answer questions, quick to respond (by email or phone). Ava was very helpful with questions and potential issues.
