Bedrooms include twin over full bunk beds, a queen bed, and a shared full bathroom. Level 3 boasts a mini bar with a wine cooler, a twin over twin bunk bed in the hall, and two master suites with king beds, full baths, walk-in showers, walk-in closets, and patio access. Pets are welcome with a flat rate $250 fee for up to 2 dogs. Additional charges apply for excess hair and fur on furniture. Enjoy the use of a hot tub, golf cart, 2 bicycles, beach chairs, a beach canopy tent, beach wagon, beach toys, outdoor shower, outdoor fire pit and seating, outdoor dining, outdoor toys, gas grill, charcoal grill, putting green game, twin-size outdoor swing bed, outdoor hammocks, dog leash, and water/food bowls. A pack n play, high chair, and child/pet safety gate are also available. Located in the Morgantown community, a safe and family/pet-friendly neighborhood of gorgeous homes by the beach, The Lazy Turtle is just a 3-minute walk from the neighborhood beach access point. The community offers fun amenities like 2 community pools, one with a kiddie pool, tennis courts, and basketball goals. Enjoy the convenience of a golf cart and two bikes for leisurely rides through the community. The Lazy Turtle welcomes your pups but requires a $200 pet fee. Keep them off all furniture to avoid additional cleaning charges. You will have access to the entire home, including a hot tub, golf cart, 2 bicycles, and beach essentials. A safety gate on the back porch ensures pets stay secure while you enjoy your morning coffee. Interaction is available at all times for any questions you may have.
