Home is currently occupied and will require 24 hour notice for showings. Landscaping, pest control and trash pick up are included. ForeShore, LLC has been hired only to secure a tenant for this property. The home will be privately managed by the owner as "landlord." Cypress Ridge is conveniently located off of Okatie Highway, offering easy access to both Bluffton and Savannah, as well as the beaches of Hilton Head Island. This community has plenty of amenities for its residents to enjoy- including two pools, their "Splash Island" lazy river, a dog park, basketball court, tennis courts, indoor pickle-ball court, paved walking trails, and fishing pond.
