I want to start by saying, that I could not have asked for a better experience. The apartment is spacious and was cleaned before we even moved in. Everyone at the management office was extremely nice and professional. Amy O'Deay, especially, who personally helped me and my Fiancé-they made moving a very simple and easy process. The community is clean and well kept, the amenities they offer are of high quality, and also well maintained. They always pick up the phone kindly and answer any questions you have and will help you to the best of their ability. Highly recommend, amazing experience so far, and I'm sure it will continue to stay that way.

I love my apartment at eagle rock it’s not too big or too small it’s perfect for my little family. The customer service really sucked when I first moved in and in the application process. I was working with a woman named Trish and it was a bad experience all around. I felt as if she was rude and no patience, absolutely no customer service skills. She left a couple months ago and my experience improved significantly. I love the customer service Julianna gives me when I call for help, she treats you like you’re her one and only resident, very personable and relatable. She always goes above and beyond to ensure my experience is the best. She is so friendly, helpful and such a bubbly personality. I would be devastated if she ever were to leave. I would also like to say that the property manager, Lynn, is going above and beyond to help resolve an issue from my move in!
