Inquire about a parking pass at the nearest garage, available on a first-come, first-serve basis, for $85/month. You need not worry about bringing a modem or router, as we have you covered! Your apartment is wired with the fastest high-speed internet in town, provided locally by VNET, at an incredible rate of just $60/month. This rate is added to your rent. Electricity and water is billed based on usage. While water is added directly to your rent, electricity is the responsibility of the tenant.
