I have been a resident of Capitol Apartments which is managed by BelCastle Management for over a year now and am completely happy with my apartment community I call home!! I currently lease a one bedroom very roomy apartment on the 3rd floor. It is very peaceful and quiet here unlike other apartment communities I have lived at in the past. I do not ever hear my neighbors. I have a patio that overlooks 3 large evergreens which makes it very private and serene. My apartment has a one car garage with electricity that is included in my $770 rent plus a parking pad outside the building with electric plug ins for plugging in your car during winter months. The garage is perfect for parking your car or for storage. Besides rent the only thing you pay for is your electricity which is around $30-60/month. The $60 is during summer months. Capitol apartments pays for the heat and water which is a plus. I am extremely happy here but due to unfortunate unseen events I need to move out. I would definitely highly recommend this apartment community! It makes me sad that I have to move. You will love it here as I have:)

Terrible customer service and maintenance, apartment is overpriced and I think even Motel 6 would be a better option
