I've been living at Parkside for the past 5 years, and I have nothing but great things to say. Ms. Chase and staff are truly amazing and very understanding and accommodating. The residence and neighbors are very friendly, and safe. They do an amazing job keeping the grounds clean and well manicured. Great Job Parkside!!!

I'd like to say that both Chaye in the office and Barry with maintenance have always been there when I needed them. Chaye was very patient and understanding when I went through some difficulties with my rent the summer of 2022. I had to wait for SS check each month and had trouble catching up. Barry's the Man. He is always timely and efficient when I needed help with my stove and air conditioner. I couldn't ask for better, both of them are awesome.
