We’ve been living a good life since we moved to this apartment complex 1,5 years ago. Courtney has made our transition so smooth and easy. She also been very helpful and communicative. We love the amenities and facilities, not to mention they’ve been having a lot of events lately! Very fun community ❤️

I would recommend St. Marks for a few reasons: (1) management was amazing from the day we moved in [Courtney is amazing and is always helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable]; (2) maintenance requests were always timely processed and issues were quickly resolved; (3) the location of the property is descent and the apartments are modern and nicely maintained. A few downsides: (1) the rent is a bit high compared to other complexes in the area; (2) the parking lot gets very full during the later hours of the evening and it can be difficult to find spots; (3) the amenities are nice but not as great as other competing Hawthorne properties in the area. Overall the property is well managed and safe. I highly recommend reaching out to Courtney for any needs! -Brendan W.
