The complex was beautiful and well maintained. The management professional that took us on our tour and talked with us about policies and and requirements was very friendly, efficient, and made every effort to understand what our needs are. I was very impressed with property and hope to be moving my dad in this spring when he relocates back to Kansas from Florida.

Wow! I was so impressed by this community! I showed up for a tour last minute and the manager, Jennifer, put everything to the side and made me feel like a priority. The amenities were unlike anything I was used to. The community was clean and smelled wonderful! We were shown the model home, which was to die for. If you’re looking for a home in Gardner, there really is nothing comparable to Treadway!

I absolutely love living life at Treadway! The entire management team is always on point, ready to jump in and fix any little hiccup with a smile. The amenities are everything you could ask for—pool, gym, theatre, crafts, golf, games—just as fabulous as advertised.
Shops, restaurants, and everything you could need are just minutes away. The community vibe here is amazing, making it feel like home sweet home from day one.
The apartment itself? So elegant, spacious, and modern. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with my choice—living here is the best experience I’ve had! Thanks so much, Treadway!

The property manager, Jennifer, is extremely nice and on top of everything. I am needing to quickly relocate and I had a weekend to find an apartment. We had been to so many apartments before stumbling upon Treadway. The experience of looking for an apartment was stressful and most of the management was difficult or rude. I knew I found my home when I walked in to Treadway. With the help of Jennifer I was able to sign a lease within a little over a week. Jennifer was out of town working and I needed Fast answers and communication - this girl still responded to my emails when it was such an inconvenient time for her. It’s hard to find a good property manager and there’s a lot of stress moving especially to a different state. That being said, I have One less thing to worry about when it comes to my new home and apartment management. I’d personally love to work with Jennifer - breath of fresh air. Also, I’ve never written a review in my life, but I felt it was much deserved. Excited to start this new chapter in life!! Thank you Treadway <3

I moved into an apartment at Treadway at New Trails Apartments immediately after my building was completed last year. So I am a tenant that has been residing here since the beginning. I am now on my second lease.
After reading some of the negative reviews I am simply disturbed with what I have read. The management especially the property manager Jennifer have been outstanding. There have been no issues with my apartment and in my limited dealings with the maintenance staff concerning air filter changes and pest control they have been hard working, courteous and trustworthy entering my apartment.
With that said, I have read reviews about dog waste not being picked up. The property manager Jennifer constantly sends out emails reminding pet owners to pick up after their pet. I am a dog owner and I am responsible for picking up after my dog. If someone does not pick up after their dog it is not managements fault. The residents should be doing it themselves and they should not have to be told to pick up after their dogs. There has been some different occasions I have witnessed people walk away after their dogs have pooped and I am not shy to tell them to pick it up. You should want where you live to look good and stay clean. There are enough waste stations around the complex to throw it away. If you own a dog carry your own poop bags and pick it up!!!! Do not make excuses that you don’t have a bag. If you can’t carry your own bags and pick up their poop you should not have a dog.
I would recommend Treadway at New Trails Apartments to anyone.
It has been a very pleasant experience living here.

I’ve enjoyed my time here. Very nice new units. The amenities are super nice though the golf simulator tends to be an issue, however, that isn’t the staff’s fault.
Leasing manager, agents and maintenance staff have all been helpful and kind with prompt responses to any needs.
I wish tenants would be more prompt about picking up their packages and dog waste, however it tends to be an issue anywhere you go anymore.
All in all I definitely recommend.

Great place to call home. Great communication. Most residents are very friendly. I wish there was an option to opt out of the valet trash. It is a nice amenity but not sure worth the cost. I have a Shih Tzu and I pickup after her. This is my responsibility not management. I would highly recommend Treadway at New Trails.
