The management professional that took us on our tour and talked with us about policies and and requirements was very friendly, efficient, and made every effort to understand what our needs are. I was very impressed with property and hope to be moving my dad in this spring when he relocates back to Kansas from Florida.

Wow! I was so impressed by this community! I showed up for a tour last minute and the manager, Jennifer, put everything to the side and made me feel like a priority. The amenities were unlike anything I was used to. The community was clean and smelled wonderful! We were shown the model home, which was to die for. If you’re looking for a home in Gardner, there really is nothing comparable to Treadway!
