For those with cars, parking structures located in Downtown Erie ensure your vehicle remains protected and unaffected by the elements. Inquire about a parking pass at the nearest garage, available on a first-come, first-serve basis, for $85/month. You need not worry about bringing a modem or router, as we have you covered! Your apartment is wired with the fastest high-speed internet in town, provided locally by VNET, at an incredible rate of just $60/month. This rate is added to your rent. Electricity and water is billed based on usage. While water is added directly to your rent, electricity is the responsibility of the tenant. Trash is included in your rent, and the building does not have a gas utility. We are happy to accommodate your furry friends as these apartments are dog and cat friendly. Although we do not have breed and weight restrictions in place, additional fees are applicable. Please inquire about pet fees with management. Safety is of utmost importance to us. I moved into these apartments when my fiance and I moved to Erie. The team managing them were very friendly, responsive, and accommodating. The location allowed us to see all of the things Downtown Erie has to offer. The other tenants were also very friendly. We felt very safe throughout our time in the apartments and would highly recommend them.
