Or, you could put a lil bistro table in the kitchen and use that dining room as an office, or a live-in closet, or creative studio, idk just throwing out a few ideas. Magnolia is versatile like that. TWO bedrooms, or maybe you use one of them as an office? I swear you’re not required to have an office if you live here, I just see the potential. Also! Magnolia has outdoor space in the front and in the back that’s not an innuendo but I wish it was. 1 off-street parking stall, garage-esque. APP STUFF: We’ll check your credit, and while it doesn’t need to be flawless, we do expect it to show that you pay your bills on time and keep things in order. If you’ve rented before, we’ll also take a look at your track record as a tenant. And of course, we want to see that you're financially sound(3x/rent).
