Unauthorized vehicles are subject to towing. For the town homes, residents will receive two reserved parking spots that are numbered for their unit. Visitor parking is available throughout the complex in designated visitor parking sections, but registration is required after 3 days or are subject to towing.

We also have excellent amenities, a sparkling pool, a dog park every furry friend will love, and nature trails to stroll on. Foxcroft is located in the middle of Statesville with a short drive to both I-77 and I-40, making commuting easier. We look forward to you joining our community.

I was looking for a good apartment with a friendly staff in the leasing office. I am moving from up north and was looking for the perfect apartment for my husband and me. I went to several places until I finally found it. I am so happy can’t wait to move. Our leasing agent was Saraí Lopez. She was so professional and provided us with excellent customer service. She answered all of our questions with a smile every time and explained everything to us during the tour of the apartment. My husband and I would recommend this apartment complete and make sure you ask for Saraí Lopez you will not be sorry. She is the best!

I'm from N.Y and relocated here to N.C. I can honestly say I really enjoy living here. Heidi and Aaron from the Foxcroft office are very helpful with all my questions, and boy can I ask questions, lol. The apartment is spacious, lots of closet space and mostly I enjoy having my own outdoor backyard space. Its great to have my own two parking spaces right outside my door. I would definitely recommend Foxcroft Apartments. AFFORDABLE, SPACIOUS, HUGE BEDROOMS, LOTS OF STORAGE, LAUNDRY ROOM, POOL, PARKS, PET FRIENDLY, SAFE, need I say more. Im totally 😊.
