Michael has been an amazing colleague and mentor. He is professional, knowledgeable, empathetic, and supportive. Michael never fails to answer a call or video conference, even when he is under a sink, fixing a tenant's plumbing. He is willing to jump in where ever he is needed. Michael has been 1 of 2 of my primary trainers and I feel very fortunate to have him as a guide. Michael always put his residents and his team first.

These apartments have been great. They may look nondescript on the outside but they are nice and clean on the inside. I moved in a year ago and the landlord had added new carpet, new paint, some new fixtures, etc. Covered parking and visitor parking off street (plus plenty of street parking). Close to highway, close to sugarhouse amenities, walking distance to columbus library, basement laundry. Landlord is very friendly. I actually moved into these apartments without viewing as I moved from out of town and out of state and they have been great.
